ZENONIA 1 is the 31 August 2026 Steam restoration of the 2008 Gamevil action RPG, rebuilt by Com2us Holdings and CFK Co., Ltd. for Windows. The US store launched it at $8.99, ten percent off $9.99 through 14 September. The SKU is single-player, keyboard-or-gamepad, save-anytime, Steam Deck Verified in store HTML, and it ships 44 Steam achievements. A free ZENONIA Demo (app 4733680) ran during Steam Next Fest from 14 June 2026; those saves do not load in the full release.

Eighteen years after the original mobile launch, the team kept story, classes, gear, skills, good and evil, hunger, weight, and the day/night clock, then rebuilt controls and PC convenience around a winged HUD that still shows a red flask, a hammer/weight readout, and a sun or moon clock.

Official ZENONIA key art: the ZENONIA wordmark over pixel-anime heroes including a blond swordsman, a horned fighter, a white-haired swordsman whose blade reads Duelist Ivlis, a red-haired claw fighter, and a purple-haired mage.

This wiki treats that Steam SKU as current and keeps the June demo, the 2008 mobile original, and the interview-only Switch plan on a separate timeline.

Start in Ayles, stop before the Cave of Deceit

A new file begins with a class pick: Warrior is balanced and resilient, Paladin defensive and reliable, Assassin fast and lethal. Steam achievements First Steps on the Earth and Ayles Tourist name the starting town. Siliconera’s demo write-up says the early game leaves Ayles. Official demo notes then open the Adonis region for free exploration.

The Next Fest demo is about one hour and ends just before Investigating the Cave of Deceit. The 31 August launch notice is blunt: demo save files are not compatible with the full release. Budget the hour, walk Ayles, poke Adonis, and start a fresh file in the $8.99 SKU if you want the ending of Regret’s journey.

Open First Adventure for the six-step pack list. Open Classes before you lock a blurb you cannot reverse with a demo save. The Dupre battlefield still in the filmstrip is the official screenshot that prints All forces, advance!; it is story setup, not a numbered tutorial. Budget the Next Fest hour as practice, then write a new file in the $8.99 SKU if you want Lamis Forest, Leo, Hades, Oasis Dungeon, the Shrine of Despair, and the two ending-shaped achievement titles.

Hunger, weight, clock, good and evil

The restoration team told Steam news readers they kept hunger and weight because those systems force a packing choice, not because old phones needed chores. Official screenshots put a red flask on the portrait and a hammer/weight icon that sometimes reads 60. The winged bar’s clock shows a sun or moon; inspected store stills include 05:40, 06:30, 07:00, 08:00, 13:20, 16:10, 17:40, 19:40, 19:50, and a night 03:20.

Store copy says every decision shapes a path between good and evil. Demo about text calls it a morality system influenced by your choices. Achievements Good Deeds, Good Seeds and Bad Seeds, Bad Deeds name both endings. There is no numeric good/evil meter in the HUD crops; the split is story-side.

Read the HUD stills on Hunger, Weight & Clock. PC convenience that did ship—Quick Save, double-tap dash, equipment compare, batch repair, separate BGM/SFX sliders—lives on Growth & Gear. Full mouse control and autosave are marked Not Possible Right Now in the Next Fest feedback review.

Lands the Steam text actually names

This wiki does not invent a world map. Named places come from achievements and official demo notes: Ayles, Adonis, Cave of Deceit, Lamis Forest, Leo, Hades, Oasis Dungeon, and Shrine of Despair. Expanding Horizons of Adventure credits the land of Adonis. Forest or Prison? Welcome to Lamis Forest. One Who Saw the End points at the deepest icy crevices of Hades. Desert Rain covers every path in the Oasis Dungeon. Rising Above Despair says the Shrine of Despair seethes with lava. Final Footstep reaches the far end of Leo.

Version split—Steam current, demo historical, 2008 mobile historical, Switch upcoming/unlisted—sits on Steam Release with the seven dated news posts on Dev Notes. The windmill crop keeps an 08:00 sun clock in frame; the catalog swim crop keeps a weight icon. Those HUD details are why the filmstrip uses game windows instead of rounded photos. Hive support and help@com2us.com remain the official account path if the wiki cannot answer a billing ticket.
